This is my 3rd reverse mortgage due to real estate values increasing in the area. The entire process was done via phone and email...mostly email. Larry McAnarney was very easy to work with, very professional, very responsive with answers to questions re: the program and/or documents. His answers were short, precise, and clear. The remote process of this reverse mortgage was every bit as easy as the previous loans that were done face to face. I am not sure how the process could have been any easier or smoother. Thank You!! Fast and Painless Process I still can’t believe how fast and painless the process was. During the reverse mortgage process Larry was easy to work with. He patiently responded to every question I asked him, day or night. Larry is very knowledgeable of the process and made it easy for us to understand. We always felt comfortable during the process and he made us feel like we were his only client. From initiation to closing we were completed in six weeks. We highly recommend Larry for reverse mortgage needs.

Larry is Very Knowledgeable and Efficient Larry helped us with our mortgage from start to finish. He Is very knowledgeable, answered our questions, and told us what to expect in the process. Larry was very good at returning our calls when we had any questions. Highly recommend Larry as prior to finding him I did look at other company's and most were local numbers but then finding out they were based out of state and did not know our market like Larry does.
