Larry helped us with our mortgage from start to finish. He Is very knowledgeable, answered our questions, and told us what to expect in the process. Larry was very good at returning our calls when we had any questions. Highly recommend Larry as prior to finding him I did look at other company's and most were local numbers but then finding out they were based out of state and did not know our market like Larry does. Worked well for us! My wife and I had been discussing reverse mortgage for some time. We had heard all the pros and cons of doing this type of mortgage and the pros won out. We have a house that was built in 1976 and we have been in it since 1991. We have really done no updates on it and it was really needing some remodeling. We were just not able to afford all the stuff that it needed. We could not find anyone in our area that did reverse mortgage so I got on the internet and did some searches. A few days later I got a call from Larry McAnarney. I told Larry that I came from the "old school" and was use to doing business face to face, but since he was in Illinois and we were in Texas it made it a little difficult. However, to make a long story short, Larry explained everything to our satisfaction and we started the process. We had to go to a counseling session so that we understood the process. After that it was pretty simple. Thanks to Larry McAnarney.

Patiently Helped Me Through the Process If you are looking for a mortgage loan specialist who is exceptional look no further because Larry McAnarney is your man! I feel so blessed that I found him to help me refinance my house. I needed someone who would kindly, willingly, and patiently help me through the process. I had spent a considerable amount of time calling lenders near where I lived in Virginia and didn't feel comfortable with any of them. Frustrated, I went online and the very first website that came up was Larry's company. I searched the reviews and was highly impressed so I called and Larry answered. I told him what I needed, he listened patiently and explained what he could do for me. That phone call was the first, but not the last of many phone calls over a number of months because my refinance was not an easy one by any means mainly due to problems with my HOA. Larry worked diligently with my HOA to help untangle the issues we were dealing with when I seemed to get nowhere with them. I believe today that I would never have finally gotten my refinance at all if not for Larry's ability to never give up on me and my situation until it was resolved. He always answered my emails and phone calls promptly and I truly appreciated that. I asked lots of questions and he made sure he answered them all to my satisfaction. I feel it is becoming rarer today to find honest, helpful men like Larry. I truly appreciate and feel fortunate that he appeared in my life to help me when he did

Larry Has Knowledge, Expertise, and Patience Larry is the best! He walked me through the process, explained all of my options, and was always available to answer my questions, I had many of them. He has the knowledge, expertise, and the patience that I required to guide me through this process. I was fortunate that he was referred to me by my financial planner, and I think that anybody else he works with will feel the same way.
