If somebody in my 55+ community were to ask me about doing this kind of loan I would let them know  that Mutual of Omaha throughout the years has a very, very, good reputation. If they need somebody to answer questions, I would tell them to call Larry so he can talk with them and go through information. I do OK with computers / paperwork and contracts but not a lot of my friends in this community do.
