Larry Was Excellent Larry was excellent. He introduced us to the reverse mortgage program and then helped us through all the steps, answering our questions and giving us updates on what was happening. Throughout it all, his knowledge, competence, patience and kindness made it easy for us to understand. It was a pleasure to work with him and we would recommend him to anyone.

We Started this Process During the Shutdown We started this process during the shutdown. During our process HUD changed the income verification process and we had to submit additional documents to underwriting,. Even though it could have been very stressful Larry guided and educated us through the process. He made what could have been a negative experience into a positive and exciting experience.

Exceptional Mortgage Loan Specialist This is my 3rd reverse mortgage due to real estate values increasing in the area. The entire process was done via phone and email...mostly email. Larry McAnarney was very easy to work with, very professional, very responsive with answers to questions re: the program and/or documents. His answers were short, precise, and clear. The remote process of this reverse mortgage was every bit as easy as the previous loans that were done face to face. I am not sure how the process could have been any easier or smoother. Thank You!!
